Toast Box

They are selling food that is severely MOLDY! I would not recommend this store to anyone! I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding a recent dining experience at Toast Box (MBS outlet) on September 16th at 6:25 pm. This encounter has not only left me dissatisfied but has also raised concerns about the quality of your products and the level of customer service. I purchased a mooncake and had already consumed half of it, to my shock and dismay, I discovered severe mold on the remaining portion. This is not only a clear violation of basic food safety standards but also poses a significant health hazard. This incident was aggravated by the highly unprofessional behavior and bad attitude of your staff. When I raised the issue, requested a refund, and asked to speak with the store manager, I was met with indifference and rudeness. Instead of offering assistance and working to resolve the problem, the staff in MBS I encountered displayed a complete lack of empathy and customer service skills. As a customer, I believe I have the right to expect a certain level of product quality and respectful treatment when dining. Regrettably, the experience I had fell far below these reasonable expectations.

Thanks Patricia and Helen for your amiable service 🙏🏻 came at 7.40pm on a Tuesday’s eve of Liverpool vs Bayern event. Queue was unexpectedly short 🤩 which we were thankful for because ten minutes later, there was a new batch of crowd which populated most of the empty tables. Food was palatable for the price and location ☘️ might be a lunchtime favourite for patrons nearby

(MBS TOAST BOX) Wanted to place an order over the counter at about 8.55pm and young man (cashier) replied nicely its closed. Went back second time at about 9pm trying my luck asking nicely and politely that am I able to order “just a cup of coffee”? as they’re still pouring coffee into disposable cups. But the auntie there was super rude and impolite! Repeated many times “no more no more no more already!” Loudly! Like I owe her something or she just want to pick up a fight with a customer? Bad service attitude why can’t she just reply nicely? FYI YOUR OPERATING HOURS STATED WAS 7:30AM-9:30pm. WILL DEFINITELY NOT VISIT AGAIN. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICED ATTITUDE!

Probably the worst experience I had with Toast Box. The cashier was rude and sounded annoyed when we were placing our simple order. The half boiled eggs were okay, other outlets served them warmer. The toast is definitely tinier than other outlets and despite picking up as soon as my buzzer rang, they are cold and soggy. The only thing that salvage my experience by a little is the coffee.
